Yes, its true, we finally bought a home. After many hours of searching the internet, researching schools, Gary driving and driving around and constant phone calls back and forth we have a house!!! Gary and our realtor went to a few developments this morning and ended up at Richmond American in Surprise. They had quite a few spec homes just waiting to be bought.
Gary said once he stepped in the door, he really fell in love with the house. It was already at a discounted rate but Gary came back to the sales agent with a rock bottom price of which they countered and we got an amazing deal on the house.
Here is the link to the website that shows the floor plan and a virtual tour of the home. http://www.richmondamerican.com/Shop+and+Buy/Home+Detail.htm?mr=Phoenix%20West%20Valley&li=9985&cm=1024
We are very excited and happy to let you know that we have a guest room and hope that you can come visit us!
