Avilez's make the trek to Arizona

In March, Diane and D
ave (Kim's sister and brother in law) made it down to Arizona for a nice visit. We had a great time with them.

If you live in Arizona (or come visit) make sure you go to South Mountain. It is the largest municipal park in the United States. The 5 mile drive up the mountain is a spectacle of desert plants, cactus and wildflowers. At the top of the peak you get an amazing view of the whole Phoenix valley - east to west. Definately one of the best views in all of Phoenix. Here are some pictures from up there:

We also took Diane and Dave to Rawhide. An authentic wild west park that has sundown dinners at night. They wagon you over to this outdoor cooking theater where you get chicken or ribs and a show. The cowboy hats were fun as well!

On Easter Sunday we went to the Surprise ball park and watched the SF Giants lose. But in the meantime, Kyle was able to get a baseball and autograph from
one the Giant's players.

It was a great visit. Diane and Dave treated us to an amazing steak dinner that night at "The Keg". Yum!!!! Thanks...when are you coming back? We have plenty more fun times ready to be had!
