HOME SWEET HOME

We arrived in the Phoenix valley around 3:15pm on the 25th and Gary wanted to take us by our new house so that we could see it. We were still waiting for the house to close so that we could get the keys. We borrowed the keys from the sales office and drove over to the house. The development is still under construction so there is lots of dirt and equipment all over. Most of the foundations for the rest of the development have been poured and framing beginning. More than likely all homes should be done within the next 4-5 months.

At the beginning of our development is a nice size childrens playground and a big soccer field. We are hoping that Kyle's future soccer team might take up practice residence there. There are very few homes that have folks living in them on our street. Both houses on either side of us have not been sold yet. The first thing we saw when we drove up was the nice greenbelt across the street. We opened up the 8 foot tall front door and walked in. Beautiful reddish brown tile in the entry way and all through the main traffic areas of the house. As we walked through the house I told Gary that he did good. It was a beautiful home and I was so excited to finally be there to see it. Facing the house there is a double wide RV gate that opens in the middle. Big side yards on both sides of the house and a really nice size backyard. Definately big enough for a full size pool. Below are pictures of the house number, the front of the house ( a nice shade of yellow ) and Kyle holding the Lot sign. Yes, he was happy and excited to be there even if the picture doesn't show that!
