It's been nearly four months since we moved to Surprise. It's been fantastic and both Gary and I cannot believe how happy we are down here. We love the house, our town and Kyle has made many good friends.
A lot has happened since the last time I updated the blog. First of all, Kyle started 3rd grade in August. Here is a picture of his first day of school.
The school district like many here require the kids to wear uniforms. For boys, that means either navy or khaki shorts or pants. For shirts, they have to be "polo" style and in solid colors of navy, light blue, gray, burgundy, white, hunter green or purple. Kyle already said no way to the purple shirt. He is growing up so fast. His teacher is Ms. Knight and he is attending Rancho Gabriela which is a K-8th grade school.
