LIFE IN LIMBO, OUR PREPARATION FOR THE MOVE BEGINS!

Gary came home from Arizona on Thursday night. It was so good to see him. Kyle and I really had no idea how hard this was going to be with him gone. His plane ride was pretty eventful. First, leaving the gate in Phoenix they had to pull back to the gate to check on an engine starting problem. Then 20 minutes out of Oakland there was a medical emergency on the plane. Paramedics and a fire truck greeted them when they landed.

On Friday, Gary took Kyle out to breakfast. It's their favorite meal and Kyle was very affectionate with Gary. It showed how much he missed him. On to haircuts, an oil change and spending the day together. They picked up Kim up after work and we headed out to Monica's house to get Molly. She was going to spend the weekend with us.

On Saturday, Molly was kind enough to "help" Kyle with his playroom. Together (in between little arguments) they successfully sorted out toys to give away, things to throw away and things to keep. At first it looked like the Darth Vader costume was going away. However, later in the day you could see Molly and Kyle dressed up in a odd, futuristic get up made up of the Darth Vader outfit. Love their imaginations!
